Gâw dâi and mâi gâw (ก็ได้ & ไม่ก็) are two ก็ constructions about choices — understand them by ear here. ก็ได้ accepts either one — "fine, either way" — and after a question word it stops asking anything at all, so อะไรก็ได้ is "anything"; ไม่ก็ is what offers the choice in the first place, as in "tea or coffee".
