You can cancel your premium membership at any time from your account (Manage subscription). Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Premium is billed monthly in advance and gives you immediate access to digital content. Once a month has started we don't refund it — cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access simply continues until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Normally UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Because membership gives you immediate access to digital content, by subscribing you ask us to start providing it straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel for a refund once access has begun. You confirm this at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
If something isn't working or you were charged in error, contact us at support@thaiear.com and we'll put it right. We may also give refunds at our discretion.
