This second half moves from colours to descriptive adjectives — calling something กว้าง (spacious) or แคบ (narrow), สะอาด (clean) or สกปรก (dirty), เงียบ (quiet) or เสียงดัง (noisy), and judging food as ร้อน (hot), เผ็ด (spicy), or places as ไกล (far) and ใกล้ (close). It also teaches ใจ (heart) character words like ใจดี (kind), and practical phrases for friendly, cheap, or อันตราย (dangerous). Chilli heat (เผ็ด) defines much Thai food; 'เผ็ดน้อย' (a little spicy) is a handy phrase when ordering.

Free-roaming 'soi (street) dogs' are common in Thailand — and not all are friendly, so it's a practical thing to ask.
