กำลังจะ = about to ไป = go เดิน = walk round ตลาดนัด = weekend market ค่ะ = polite(f)
ตลาดนัด is a periodic market that pops up on set days (often weekends/evenings). เดินตลาด 'walking the market' is as much a social outing as shopping.
แม่ค้าร้านนี้ใจป้ำค่ะ
The vendor at this stall is generous.
แม่ค้า = vendor(f) ร้านนี้ = this stall ใจป้ำ = generous ค่ะ = polite(f)
แม่ค้า is a female market vendor (พ่อค้า is male). ใจป้ำ describes someone open-handed — here, a seller who gives good prices or throws in extras.

...กว่า is the comparative ('-er / more'): ถูกกว่า 'cheaper', แพงกว่า 'more expensive'.

คู่ is the classifier for things in pairs — shoes, socks, earrings: รองเท้าคู่นี้ 'this pair of shoes'.

The quality differs a lot between these two shops.

อีกอย่าง ยี่ห้อนี้กับยี่ห้อนั้นอันไหนใช้ได้นานกว่ากันคะ
Another thing — between this brand and that one, which lasts longer?

ยี่ห้อ = brand/make. ...กว่ากัน at the end frames a 'which of the two is more…?' question. อีกอย่าง opens a follow-up point — 'another thing'.

ราคานี้ = this price ถือว่า = counts as คุ้ม = good value มากเลย = really ค่ะ = polite(f)
คุ้ม (or คุ้มค่า) = 'worth it / good value for money' — high praise for a buy.

ชิ้น is the classifier for pieces/items. Bulk discounts ('buy three, get a deal') are standard market practice.

Returns aren't a given at Thai markets and small shops — worth asking up front, since คืนได้ไหม often gets a no.

ชั้น = floor/storey (ชั้นสาม 'third floor'). บันไดเลื่อน ('moving stairs') is an escalator; บันได alone is an ordinary staircase.

ดูเฉยๆ ('just looking') politely waves off a helpful vendor without committing — เฉยๆ means 'just / no particular reason'.
