This third part of Body & health covers the กะโหลก (skull), กระดูก (bones) and โครงกระดูก (skeleton), the กระดูกสันหลัง (spine), กล้ามเนื้อ (muscles) and สมอง (brain) — plus how the body works and fails: แข็งแรง (strong) versus อ่อนแรง (weak), หายใจ (breathing), an itch, a โรคกระเพาะ (stomach complaint) and บริจาคเลือด (donating blood). โรคกระเพาะ is an everyday catch-all for upper-stomach discomfort — closer to indigestion or an 'upset stomach' than a specific diagnosis. Thais widely blame it on eating at irregular hours, so this is a very common warning.
