หน้าที่ของเขาคือคอยตอบอีเมลลูกค้าค่ะ
His job is answering customer emails.

เขา is a gender-neutral third-person pronoun — 'he', 'she' or 'they' depending on who's meant.
ตำแหน่งใหม่รับผิดชอบเยอะกว่าเดิมค่ะ
The new position has a lot more responsibility than before.
ตำแหน่งใหม่ = new role รับผิดชอบ = responsibility เยอะ = more กว่าเดิม = than before ค่ะ = polite(f)

Let me send the work to my boss to check first.

เจ้านาย and หัวหน้า both translate as 'boss': เจ้านาย leans toward the employer/big boss, หัวหน้า toward your direct supervisor.
ปกติเข้างานแปดโมง เลิกห้าโมงเย็นค่ะ
I usually start work at eight and finish at five.
ปกติ = usually เข้างาน = start work แปดโมง = 8am เลิก = finish ห้าโมงเย็น = 5pm ค่ะ = polite(f)
Thai tells daytime hours with โมง on a smaller clock: แปดโมง(เช้า) = 8 a.m., ห้าโมงเย็น = 5 p.m.

There's a lot of work lately — I have to do overtime almost every day.

ลาพักร้อน (literally 'leave to rest from the heat') is the everyday word for paid annual/holiday leave.
งานนี้ต้องส่งภายในศุกร์นี้ครับ
This has to be handed in by this Friday.
งานนี้ = this task ต้อง = must ส่ง = submit ภายใน = by ศุกร์นี้ = this Friday ครับ = polite(m)
ทำงานออฟฟิศมันก็นั่งหน้าคอมทั้งวันแหละครับ
Office work is basically sitting at a computer all day.

แหละ adds a resigned 'that's just how it is' tone. คอม is short for คอมพิวเตอร์.

Clients are really pushing right now, so I have to hurry.

ลูกน้อง (lit. 'junior') are the people under you — the counterpart to หัวหน้า/เจ้านาย above you.

ช่าง is the general word for any skilled tradesperson — technician, mechanic, repairman, craftsman.
เดี๋ยวโทรกลับนะครับ ตอนนี้กำลังประชุมอยู่
I'll call you back — I'm in a meeting right now.
เดี๋ยว = I'll โทรกลับ = call back นะครับ = polite(m) ตอนนี้ = right now กำลัง = currently ประชุม = in a meeting อยู่ = (-ing)
กำลัง…อยู่ wraps a verb to mean 'currently doing X' — the Thai present continuous.
ตอนนี้ผมดูแลโปรเจกต์ใหม่อยู่ งานเลยเยอะเป็นพิเศษครับ
I'm running a new project at the moment, so it's especially busy.

He works in a factory — always on the night shift.

พี่ ('elder sibling') doubles as a respectful pronoun for an older person. เข้ากะ = to work a shift; กะดึก = the night shift.

If the work's done early, I can go home this evening.

…มา…หรือยัง asks 'have you been …-ing for a while (yet)?' — มา marks an action running up to now.
