เข้าใจผิด = to misunderstand (เข้าใจ "understand" + ผิด "wrong"). พอ…ก็ = "once X, then Y". หายโกรธ = the anger fades.

โดยบังเอิญ = by chance, coincidentally. Being able to talk ปกติ (normally) with an ex signals the speaker has moved on.

ไปได้สวย — "to go beautifully" — an idiom for things going smoothly or well. เป็นไงบ้าง is the casual "how's it going?"

เล่นตัว — to play hard to get, to act coy or aloof to seem more desirable. ไม่งั้น = otherwise, or else; เอา here adds an "and then you'll end up…" warning.
ความสัมพันธ์ครั้งที่แล้ว = your last relationship (ครั้งที่แล้ว = last time). "อยู่ได้นานแค่ไหน" — how long it lasted — pairs the relationship noun with duration; a natural heart-to-heart question.
